What Led the August 13-16, 2026 Sale

The 1891-CC $20 Gold Double Eagle, Choice BU took the top of the board at $72,500, ahead of the 1861-O $20 Gold Double Eagle, Choice AU at $65,000 and the 1858-O $20 Gold Double Eagle, Choice BU Prooflike at $62,500. Gold carried 10 of the 12 top lots, which is typical of our sales.
