What Led the August 27-30, 2026 Sale
The 1799 Small Stars Obverse $10 Gold Eagle, Uncirculated took the top of the board at $22,000, ahead of the 1801 $10 Gold Eagle, Uncirculated+ at $22,000 and the 1832 BD-1 $2.50 Gold Quarter Eagle, Uncirculated at $21,000. Gold carried 16 of the 20 top lots, which is typical of our sales. 4 of the leaders were third-party certified; the rest sold raw on the strength of the photographs and honest descriptions.
