What Led the August 6-9, 2026 Sale
The 1796 $10 Gold Eagle, Uncirculated took the top of the board at $105,000, ahead of the 1851 "887" $50 California Gold Assay, Uncirculated at $92,500 and the 1776 Continental Dollar, Pewter, Choice BU at $60,000. Gold carried 9 of the 12 top lots, which is typical of our sales. 2 of the leaders were third-party certified; the rest sold raw on the strength of the photographs and honest descriptions.
